Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To respect scheduled appointment times and travel commitments, the following situations are considered cancellations and may be subject to applicable service fees:
- Canceling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment
- Requesting to reschedule within 24 hours
- Not being present at the scheduled location (no-show)
- Providing an incorrect or incomplete address
- Failing to have required lab orders or proper identification available
- Refusing service upon arrival
